In this phase of life, one inevitable thing always presents its way through every person's journey: hurt and loss. Whether it's the sharp pain of a breakup, the profound grief of losing a loved one, the disappointment of unmet expectations, or the heartache of shattered dreams. Dealing with hurt and loss is a universal human experience. These emotions can be as overwhelming as they are inescapable, leaving us grappling with questions, searching for solace, and seeking a path toward healing.

In this episode, I embark on a journey of my emotional roller coaster. I give the raw emotions that accompany hurt and loss. The unique way in which I am processing and coping with my pain, and the remarkable resilience of the human spirit. My aim is to shed light on the darkness I am feeling, showering myself with grace, and learning to navigate the journey of healing and recovery.

Together, we'll discover that in the midst of hurt and loss, there is also hope, resilience, and the opportunity for profound healing.

In this episode, we are continuing our chat from part one. Motherhood is such a broad topic to touch on and it was definitely difficult to put it all in one part. This episode will have many parts and all are very important topics to myself and the other mothers sharing their stories. Mothers face many challenges on a day-to-day basis but we never hear about it because at times we are told that not everything needs to be shared. But imagine if we took the time to share and show many women that they are not alone. Motherhood is hard and as Shantal said "Sometimes I wish I could unmotherhood." I felt that on a spiritual level.

I encourage you to share your stories but be mindful of how you share. Remember when sharing that your story may trigger someone, your story may bring joy to someone but better yet your story may uplift and encourage someone.
