An Invitation to Remember

There are moments in our lives when we feel something ancient stirring beneath the noise of the modern world — a quiet remembering that whispers, we were made for more than this. We feel it when we witness beauty that takes our breath away, when we fall in love, when we hold a newborn, or when grief cracks us open and something vast shines through the fracture.

This book was born in that space. It is a map of remembering — not a manual for escape, but a guide for reinhabiting the world from a deeper, more coherent place. It was written for those who sense that we are living through both an ending and a beginning — the unraveling of old structures and the emergence of something luminous, tender, and wild beneath them.

For much of human history, we have been taught to see the world as a collection of parts — mind and body, human and nature, matter and spirit. But something in us is remembering that this division was never real. The same intelligence that orchestrates the growth of a forest, the migration of birds, or the rhythm of the tides also beats within our own hearts. We are not observers of creation; we are participants in its unfolding.

This book is an offering to that remembrance.

It bridges the past, present, and future; science and spirit; intellect and intuition; the microcosm of the human body and the macrocosm of planetary systems. It explores what happens when we stop seeing healing, leadership, and evolution as separate disciplines — and begin to understand them as one continuous movement of life toward greater coherence. It invites you to look at your own inner world and our collective world through the same lens: as a living field of intelligence, always communicating, always seeking balance, always ready to regenerate when given the right conditions.

You will encounter ideas here that you may have met before — concepts of resonance, reciprocity, coherence, and regeneration. They will appear in many forms: through biology, systems theory, storytelling, and energy. This is intentional.

This book is not meant to be read as a straight line, but as a spiral. The ideas within it return again and again — sometimes through new language, sometimes through new systems, sometimes through new dimensions of depth. Like walking a labyrinth, each turn revisits familiar ground while revealing a broader horizon. The purpose is not to convince but to clarify — to approach the same truth from multiple angles until it becomes embodied. You may notice certain concepts or phrases resurfacing across chapters; think of them as mirrors reflecting the same light through different facets of the prism. Let each return invite a new question: How does this truth live in me now? What has deepened since the last time I encountered it?

This rhythm of return mirrors the way consciousness itself evolves — not as a straight climb toward progress, but as a spiral of remembering. Every revolution brings us closer to wholeness, not by rejecting what came before, but by integrating it at a higher octave. We are not going back to the old ways, nor are we abandoning them. We are carrying forward their wisdom — the knowledge of the Earth, of community, of the body — and weaving it together with the tools and technologies of our time. The New Earth will not emerge by idolizing the past or idealizing the future, but by integrating the best of all ages into a living, breathing now.

If there is a single thread that runs through these pages, it is that everything is relationship. Healing is relationship restored within the body.

Hello, all of you incredible beings! I’m Dr. Blake Suzelis. “Welcome to today’s episode, Witching Wounds. I’ve had some pretty unconventional moments, but this episode may win the prize. We’re going to explore how the fear of witches — one of humanity’s most haunting archetypes, long-feared and persecuted — still lives in us, and how healing that wound may hold the key to releasing prejudice and trauma across the world.” This started as a curiosity… I was watching a show about witches, and I began wondering — could prejudice be passed down in our genes the way trauma can? And if so, what happens when we look at the wounds left by the witch trials of our past? Beyond that, what prejudices and traumas are we individually embodying that aren’t even ours, yet we have the power to release and heal? Even if we have experienced them, can we use the template of the witching wounds as a way to release any prejudice-trauma and heal them so we can build a future we desire and not be a victim to our past?

• Big question: “Can the witch become the healer of humanity’s prejudice? In essence, allowing the witch to be the healer it always was.”

• “Fear of the Other is humanity’s oldest wound.”
• “Prejudice creates stress, and stress writes itself into the body’s biology.”
• So the accuser and the accused both feel the “Trauma echoes across generations until someone is brave enough to release it.”

• “The witch returns as healer, transforming prejudice into medicine.”
• “When we free the witch, we free the healer in ourselves.”

· Energetic Gold: This week, I created a new handout called Energetic Strategies.

a. It was born, like much of what I offer, out of my own journey and evolution. As most of you know, four years ago, I was diagnosed with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia the day before a major abdominal surgery, a result of a birth defect.

b. My spiritual healing journey has opened me up to new perspectives, amazing experiences, beautiful connections, profound understanding of life and reality, and so much more… And I’ve had the privilege of sharing this journey with anyone open to receiving it.

· This past week has been incredibly deep in understanding myself, which has led to creating the Energetic Strategies. There are many personal experiences that have contributed to my understanding of energetic strategies. Becoming aware of them. Now shifting them. I share these as a story to invite you into seeing yourself in a new way…

a. Lack of trust in my body and life itself (gastroschisis, cancer, coma).

i. Life and my body are fragile and cannot be trusted.

b. Lack of trust in love

i. Love = loss, pain, and ultimately, death (Body issues, divorce, Lyra)

c. Purity = holiness, close to God, and God’s love/acceptance

i. Christian purity culture. Masters, angels, etc.

ii. This was what feels like a final block to fully being able to embody wholeness.

iii. Seasons of purity/constriction…to learn to trust yourself…

a. Wholeness/flow of energy (life force, blood, money, relationships, business, etc.)
