    Jordan Sneed will be joining us on May 2nd as our newest preceptor. We evaluated her as being at the top of her class, having the potential to fill a massive void at HPC soon. Her background in dance will help her connect to a broader patient demographic and her progression in physical training will make her a perfect fit for HPC’s methodology of producing consistent and excellent outcomes. We’ve already started her onboarding, but we are excited to make it official in roughly a week!

    Spring is in full effect in our area and with that comes more running, biking, and hiking. Regardless of where you fall in that mix or what intensity you work; your knees will take the brunt of the impact force. So, naturally, they will get sore, achy, and inflamed. We discuss what rehab we utilize in our mash, mobilize, move approach to rehab, as well as why it will help you. Take care of yourself, and if you are struggling, bring it up at your next appointment or schedule one.

    Dr. Ian is much different than he was 3 years ago – and in a good way! Not only has he found comfort in our methodology of delivering outcomes, but he has also positioned himself as the leading physician in treating several conditions.
