A 3-minute sample from Volume 3 — The Sīrah: From the First Revelation to Badr. Volume Three opens the Sīrah proper: the first revelation in the cave of Ḥirāʾ, the manner of waḥy, the earliest Muslims, the persecution in Mecca, the hijrah to Medina, the establishment of the ummah, and the Battle of Badr in Year 2 — the first open confrontation between the new community and Quraysh, narrated with Ibn Kathīr's characteristic care for the chains. From Al-Bidāya wal-Nihāya. The complete audiobook — with the word-synced Arabic + English Living Manuscript transcript, Study Kit vocabulary and reflections, and offline downloads — is in the Joyful Muslims app. Listen to the full book: https://joyfulmuslims.com/library/03-volume-3
