As a young woman Livvy had challenges she found she could overcome through a change of life, educating herself and pursuing an investigation into how to live well. In this podcast we hear about her journey from the UK to a life abroad, the effects of a change of climate and culture and the importance of finding faith and seeing the strengths in community. We also learn about simplicity and how switching off social media, a lovely drink of cacao in the morning in the garden or a walk in nature helps to process what can seem overwhelming at times.
