  • Summary

  • Most cranes use electric motors as gear motors, which use the basic principle of speed reduction to increase torque and power. If you have ever seen a crane in action, you have seen the use of gears and gears on a variety of different engine types. Gears and motors can be a combination of AC and electric motors (EV) or AC and gearbox motors (GMA).

In short, a gear motor is an all-in-one combination of a gearbox and motor.

DC's motors are mainly used for wind energy in trucks and for the power transfer from a truck to a crane.

A geared motor is primarily used to reduce speed through a series of gearboxes, which in turn produces more torque. Another feature of a CLR geared motor is that it has a different system that minimizes the generation of sparks and slip rings, thus reducing interference with other devices.

Geared motors can be easily used to regulate speed and include single phase motors that use a single phase AC supply and three-phase motors that use a three-phase AC supply. Three-phase motors, which use three phases of an AC power supply, are available in a wide range of sizes, from small and medium to large and large.

This type of motor also has two types of motors, a single phase motor and a three-phase motor.

When choosing a geared motor or a combination of integrated geared motors, you must make the right choice by checking that there is a good balance between torque, current and speed curve.
