This episode I share about some of my recent dating experience and how my nervous system has been speaking to me.

Honouring my nervous system is something that I haven't done well in the past, but it speaks so loudly now, and I have committed to actually honouring it. I think it's a much better discernment system, because honestly my brain is so good at talking me in and out of things!!

On this rambling episode I (unsurprisingly) talk more on worth and the insanity of how women recieved and give complements.

How women's insecurities are weaponised against them and a big thank you to Disney for imprinting our relationship expectations with being saved and picked by a man on a horse and we get to live happily every after.

I woke this morning with the phrase "vulnerability is the key to life" in my mind. And the more I ponder it, the more I realise how true it is.

In also have a health update in the middle too :)

Oooo episode 42 the meaning of life the universe and everything ;) !!!

I have been quite unwell for a few weeks, so that has been quite a journey.

But I have really been contemplating the foundations of how I raised with surrounded by brothers. How I felt that I had to mould myself into the versions of a girl who will be accepted by my brothers and not display feminine traits. So it has been contemplating the power of the feminine and how it feels to embody that now.

I recorded this one a few weeks ago but there has been a slight delay in this podcast going out as I've been unwell for a few weeks, so I'm finally catching up.

The gift of being seen by a friend has had this beautiful ripple effect on my life and opened me to a new way of communicating with myself.

I'm also exploring asking questions of the universe, rather than focusing on the I am statements (which i have spent a lot of time exploring in my life), and asking questions I've found is taking the pressure off me and allowing for more magic in my life.

For example asking "how it would feel to have (the thing I desire) in my life?"

Depletion - What is the cost of your energy expenditure? And do you let yourself replenish with ease and grace or do you fight it and stretch it out pushing yourself and holding unrealistic expectations on your ability to continue on as normal, even if the well is dry?

I've been contemplating what my worth is when I am not "producing" an outcome. So much of it is wrapped up in identity and how your present and interact with the world.

Worth is by far the constant aspect I am exploring in my life and will be revised many many times :)

My reflections over the past few weeks has been thinking about the price we pay for action, like going to the guy and getting fit, vs the price we pay for inaction, what it costs us to stay in situations and are the benefits out weighing the costs?

The book I recommend reading to learn about attachment is "Attached" by Dr Amir Levine and Rachel Heller

One of my great friends Annie, has a podcast called Butter and Banter She is a full time carere and so much wisdom to share. This link here is an episode where the two of us chat about life the universe and Human Design. Enjoy!

This month has been very focused on me bringing the new version of me into my current reality.. or rather stepping into aspects of the new version of me.

I have been confronted with knowing what I need to do and actions I need to take to honour me and the new version, but the challenge has been following through on those actions and inner knowings. It's not easy because taking those steps means confronting and rewriting the stories and identity that I have curated about myself.

In this episode I explore how I have been working on taking little steps, gaining clarity and using anchoring reference points to move into this new version of me.

Thank you for listening.
