    Send us Fan Mail

This episode is a deep dive into the Minor Arcana tarot card: the Ace of Pentacles. We discuss how to read this card in a way that shifts from money and ableism to evolution, the potency of a beginner's mind, and small actions that create powerful changes.

    • the magick of the Pentacles in the element of earth
    • aces as seeds: initiation, opportunity, and new beginnings
    • heeding the inner call and bringing it into physical reality
    • co-creating with the universe through small, consistent actions
    • shadow meanings: haste and frenzy, refusal, disconnection
    • redirecting the focus of the momentum to the quality of the momentum
    • a discussion on symbolism, organic creations, and being open to what comes back through your actions

  • Working With The Element Of Earth In Witchcraft
    Apr 22 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

Earth magick is a return to the present moment, to our bodies, and to the tangible, where stability, cycles, and the physical world become the foundation of our witchcraft. In this episode, the focus is on working with the element of Earth by restructuring the paradigms of results and mastery to presence and integration. We discuss how capitalism and consumerism will inevitably rear their ugly heads, and how we engage mindfully with patience, dedication, and commitment.

The main themes of this episode are:
    • earth as the physical embodiment of life, ancestry, and magick, similar to the Magician Major Arcana tarot card
    • why earth is the home base, and an aid for starting practices or witchcraft practices that have gone dormant
    • stability and a slower pace as a remedy for modern detachment
    • letting the journey matter more than “mastery” or quick results
    • why buying more tools rarely strengthens spellwork
    • reciprocity with the land through mindful giving and receiving
    • working with local plants, animals, trees, and the magick of place
    • reducing harm through repurposing, thrifting, and resisting overconsumption
    • a safer way to “bury” spell remains using dedicated spell pots
    • quick checklist: senses, grounding, learning what appears, gratitude, boundaries

  • Ace Of Cups
    Apr 9 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

The Fool's journey through the Majors is complete. Now, we move through the cards that are here with us on the ground floor, starting with a deep dive into the Ace of Cups. In this episode, we expand the container of our hearts and emotions, move in the flow of emotional honesty, and look at the ways that suppressing our emotions only makes them come out in ways that don't serve us.

    Main themes in this episode:
    • why the Minor Arcana feels easier to apply day in our "normal" lives
    • Aces as seeds: initiation, opportunity, new beginnings, independence
    • Cups as water: emotions, intuition, connection, meaning beyond romance
    • Ace Of Cups as stepping into emotional truth
    • intuition as a birthright and a whole-body signal
    • shadow side: refusal, denial, and emotional blowback
Rider-Waite symbolism: the cup, dove, five streams, and sacred meaning

  • What Does Your Rage Want To Defend: A Conversation About Hex Spells and Why We Should Do Them
    Mar 20 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

Hexing spells have luckily gained a more nuanced and complex perspective. While some may still feel that one should never do a hex, this episode discusses why I think hexes are not only valid but needed in times like these. In a perfect world, we would never need to hex someone, but we don't live in a perfect world.

    In this episode, we discuss:

    • healing spells and hexing spells as two ends of one goal
    • clear definitions of jinxes, hexes, and curses
    • when the harm, racism, and fascism persist, our hexes are righteous rage
    • hexing as a boundary spell
    • reclaiming rage and rejecting emotional entitlement

Please let me know in the comments if you hex, if you don't hex, and why your decision is that way. Please be respectful and civil.

  • Card 21: The World
    Mar 10 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

We are at the end, closing the chapter of the deep dives into the Major Arcana. Here we stand at The World’s threshold—where completion becomes a beginning, the cycle turns once again, and Judgment’s awakening turns into a rising. We have moved through the journey, and like the Fool. We stand on the precipice of the unknown.

    Main Themes:
    • the world as closure, embodiment, and a doorway
    • hinge from Judgment to the World and back to the Magician
    • readiness as a myth and why movement matters
    • integration across past, present, and future
    • shadows of superiority, fear, and detachment
    • beginner’s mind, play, and curiosity as tools
    • honoring pollinators, and pop culture references like Hocus Pocus
    • poem offering to seal the cycle

  • Card 20: Judgment
    Feb 10 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

We rise up into Judgment as a lived threshold. This card is an invitation into acceptance of what has already changed, devotion to purpose, and service shaped by love. In this episode, we see how to embrace the flow of life, lean into love, and willingly step through and forward into something new. We look at this card's invitations in the light and in shadow. We also look at the symbolism from my favorite depiction, the Guardian of the Night Tarot.

    Main Themes:
    • why Judgment signals evolution, purpose, and rising
    • numerology of 20 and defining the divine for yourself
    • Rachel Pollack’s liberation lens on change
    • acceptance, devotion, service to the Divine, and spiritual awakening
    • love as an antidote to fear and stagnation
    • from the Sun to Judgment as a lasting identity shift
    • doorways: Lovers, Death, Judgment as enduring love
    • shadow work: refusal, not feeling ready, self‑righteousness
    • practical supports, rituals, and next steps

  • Card 20: The Sun
    Jan 7 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

We move from the mysteries, the darkness, and the feminine to the daylight, illuminating truth, logic, action, and a hunger in the spirit. In this episode, we explore the Sun as a tarot card of embodied courage, clear action, and honest illumination.

This episode breaks down how I read this tarot card, in my own readings, or with clients. We also look at the symbolism within the imagery of the Sun tarot card, and read my poem The Sun from my poetry book, Major Arcana: A Poetry Collection.

    Main themes in this episode:

    • Sun and Moon as counterparts in tarot
    • Numerology of 19
    • Recognizing the difference between toxic positivity and growth from hardship
    • Using that hardship as fuel to evolve and rewild
    • Symbolism of the Sun in Shadowscapes Tarot
    • Invitation to take up space and integrate cycles
