Both approaches have their place. We could not be more different in our approach, and we have a lot to say around the big idea of surrounding yourself with the right people to serve, grow and profit.During today’s unbridled conversation, we are aiming to cover these key points to give you powerful food for thought:1. • Don’t Waste Your Wake-Up Call: Infinite Possibilities. Choose What Matters Now | 011
    Sep 24 2026
How do you make the most of a wake-up call without feeling like you have to reinvent your entire life overnight? For Nancy, two cancer diagnoses changed the way she thought about time, ambition, and possibility. After more than two decades as an entrepreneur, reinvention was already familiar territory. But a serious health challenge made one truth much harder to ignore: “someday” is not a reliable strategy. The question became less about what she could do next and more about what mattered now. That shift brought a new level of discernment to both life and business. Nancy began questioning whether opportunities were truly aligned or simply things she was capable of delivering. She recognized that some of the hardest things to release are not failures at all. They are profitable offers, respected roles, familiar responsibilities, and work we are still very good at doing. Capability, however, is not the same as calling. The changes that followed were both practical and deeply personal. Nancy created more white space, prioritized her health, returned to the piano, learned to knit, chose deeper relationships over bigger audiences, and built a business that better supports the life she wants to live. She also stopped waiting for someone else’s platform and created one of her own through this podcast.Living with infinite possibility does not mean chasing every opportunity. It means pairing possibility with discernment and choosing the opportunities that feel most aligned, alive, and true. Your next magnificent chapter may not require something bigger or more impressive. It may simply ask you to release what is complete, trust the quieter yes, and stop postponing what matters. In This Episode Nancy Explores:How a wake-up call can change the way you define possibility and successWhy “someday” can become a dangerous strategy for the things that matter mostThe difference between being capable of doing something and feeling called to continue doing itWhy successful work, respected roles, and profitable opportunities can still belong to an old chapterHow white space, health, creativity, and meaningful relationships became leadership prioritiesWhy Nancy chose depth over volume and intimate conversations over bigger audiencesWhat it means to stop waiting for permission and create a platform of your ownWhy infinite possibility becomes more useful when paired with discernmentHow to recognize when a successful chapter may simply be completeMemorable Lines“A diagnosis has a way of interrupting the illusion that someday is a reliable strategy.” - Nancy Juetten“If I have been given more life, how do I want to live it?” - Nancy Juetten“Possibility does not mean saying yes to everything.” - Nancy Juetten“Living with infinite possibility means becoming honest, brave, and discerning enough to choose what matters now.” - Nancy Juetten“Sometimes the hardest things to release are not the obvious failures; they are the things we are still good at.” - Nancy Juetten“Just because you can doesn't mean you should.” - Nancy Juetten“Capability is not the same. • The Good Kind of Urgency: Choose What Matters Now | 010
    Sep 17 2026

What does healthy urgency look like when you know your life and work are asking for change, but you do not want to act from panic or pressure?

For Nancy, urgency took on a very different meaning after navigating two episodes of cancer. Each clean scan became more than a medical result. It became a reminder that health, time, and energy are precious, and that waiting for perfect timing can quietly become another way of postponing what matters most.

This is not urgency rooted in scarcity, fear, or manufactured pressure. Nancy describes it as a more life-honoring kind of urgency, the willingness to listen when something inside is already asking for a shift. The excuses may be understandable: not enough time, not enough money, too many responsibilities, too much uncertainty. But they do not always have to be the final word.

She shares how that mindset shaped major decisions in her own life and business, from creating the Love Your Business, Love Your Life Inner Circle to launching the Ruby Slipper Collective after her second cancer experience. These choices happened alongside major personal transitions, including moving states, changes in family life, loss, celebration, and reinvention. The common thread was continuing to listen and act because life felt too precious to keep waiting.

The invitation is not to blow up your life. It is to notice what you may already know and stop postponing your own truth. Your next magnificent chapter may begin with one brave decision to move toward the work, leadership, relationships, visibility, or joy that has been calling you forward all along.

    In This Episode Nancy Explores:
    • How cancer changed Nancy’s relationship with time, health, and urgency
    • The difference between panic-driven urgency and life-honoring urgency
    • Why understandable excuses do not always need to become permanent answers
    • How the Love Your Business, Love Your Life Inner Circle grew from a personal turning point
    • What inspired the creation of the Ruby Slipper Collective
    • Why major life transitions do not have to stop meaningful forward movement
    • The regrets that can come from postponing dreams, conversations, and callings
    • How to listen for the whisper before it becomes a roar
    • Why your next chapter may require less reinvention and more truth-telling
