    Tom speaks two months after the first release of this episode to confess, clarify, and also commit to things said in this conversation, differentiating his personal vision from the board’s governance of Your Other Family as a nonprofit organization. The episode continues in its original entirety after the confessions and clarifications expressed in this new preface. What now? Last episode, we defined who gender minorities are, people inside the Church and out who don’t fit typically into the gendered binary, answering some “dumb questions” about their lived experience. But how do we love gender minorities well, including welcoming them in “Side B” spaces like Your Other Family? Join us for Part 2 of this important conversation as Tom, Erin, and Jesse address the questions, concerns, and fears from our YOB and YOS community members who submitted anonymous feedback. Some of this feedback is uncomfortable. Unknowns are often uncomfortable. We want to enter into healthy conflict with one another and explore the unknown with curious empathy. We hope you enter our discussion with your spirit open, ready to receive whatever Jesus has for you as we all navigate, reclaim, and integrate the complexities of our faith, sexuality, and gender.
