Chapters 41 to 46 red from the R. H. Charles translation of The Book of Enoch

This is the 46th in a long series of talks Eknath Easwaran gave on The Imitation of Christ by Thomas a Kempis. In this talk Easwaran continues to read and discuss book 3, chapter 14, "Of the duty of considering the secret judgments of God that so we be not lifted up for anything good in us".

Psalms 46:5 does speak of the city of God where The Most High lives and how He is in her and the city will never fall. The chapter also serves as a reminder that God will never forsake us, that kingdoms may fall but He is with us and He is our shelter. On this podcast we will be constantly reminded of the glory of our Savior Jesus Christ and try to navigate life by being still and knowing that He is God.
