We went on a quest throughout Namibia to find a recipe for healing. After speaking to Namibian women of different cultural backgrounds and ages, we developed this series. “For Ama” is a Namibian storytelling series that explores the topic of healing through different women’s life stories. Each woman was asked the same 2 questions: What is a pivotal moment that changed the course of your life? And, what is something that you’ve had to heal from/are healing from and how are you doing it? Every episode is a different woman's life story. This is For Ama.
