Es herrscht große Aufregung an der Bärbel-Rapunzel-Grundschule: Erst gewinnt Caro den Mathe-Wettbewerb und dann verkündet Direktor Dobermeier noch, dass die 5. Klassen an der TV-Show „Deutschlands schlauste Schule“ teilnehmen. Caro, Anna und Jonas schaffen es ins 10-köpfige Team, das die Schule vertreten soll. Je näher der Auftritt kommt, desto mehr steigt das Lampenfieber bei den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern - schließlich winkt der Sieger-Schule ein Gewinn von 10.
