Once upon a time, there was a king and a queen who were very sorry that they had no children - so sorry that it cannot be told. At last, however, the queen had a daughter. There was a very fine christening, and the princess had for her godmothers all the fairies they could find in the whole kingdom (there were seven of them), so that every one of them might confer a gift upon her, as was the custom of fairies in those days. By this means the princess had all the perfections imaginable.

Poor, raggedy little girl, meets Fairy Godmother, who transforms her life from rags to riches. This puts her way beyond the reach of her nasty step sisters... But, what does she do to them when she marries the Prince?

A classic story for all ages. A plot that has been used often in great storytelling, and a heroine beloved by many generations. Let Cinderella charm you again.

A malevolent fairy casts a sleeping spell on a princess - a curse that only a prince can break. Charles Perrault's classic tale is brought to life with the music of Tchaikovsky.

Featuring music from Tchaikovsky's ballet of the same name, Bart Wolffe reads Sleeping Beauty.
