After dancing with several young boys her own age, she dances with a wrinkly balding man who has been coming to balls for a while.

"Her Turn" was written by D.H. Lawrence in 1912. Lawrence is at his best in this story, taken from the scenes of his childhood and based on characters he knew intimately.
