We will also get inside information on jail conditions, and the treatment of inmates by staff, plus a lot more.

Aunque no pretendo reemplazar a un psicólogo, espero que compartiendo mis anécdotas, mi camino a la superación personal, mi oscuro paso por la depresión, cómo salí de allí, mis batallas contra la ansiedad y el pánico, mi estadía en rehab, pueda ayudarlos a avanzar en sus caminos, o al menos, ofrecerles algunas herramientas para que puedan ayudar a otros que lo necesiten.
