Jim et Léa sont deux jeunes enfants sélectionnés par le Bureau des Affaires Spatio-Temporelles (Le BAST) pour leurs capacités exceptionnelles. Devenus agents très spéciaux, leur mission est simple : combattre tous les méchants ! Ils peuvent intervenir à toutes les époques grâce à une machine à voyager dans le temps révolutionnaire. Les deux enfants ont grandi ensemble et sont comme frère et sœur. Tout les oppose, mais ils forment un duo de choc.
