Questa forma di sicurezza sociale, erogata dallo Stato, si somma ai redditi che la persona già riceve ad altro titolo. Inoltre, i soldi percepiti a titolo di reddito di cittadinanza non sono vincolati in alcun modo a un utilizzo specifico.
