Ob Körper oder Geist, Beziehung oder Beruf: Das Geschäft mit der Selbstoptimierung blüht. Es gibt kein Thema, zu dem es nicht auch eine Anleitung gibt, um das Maximum aus sich herauszuholen. Man kann daran verzweifeln - oder sich von Sebastian 23, einem der bekanntesten Poetry Slammer Deutschlands, mit viel Humor vom Optimierungswahn befreien lassen.

Satirisch bissig oder poetisch melancholisch performt René Sydow seine kabarettistischen Slam-Texte und entführt uns in seine Welt der intelligenten Wortakrobatik. Seine Texte sind eine Einladung zum Mit- und Gegendenken. Was biographisch klingt, ist in der Regel geflunkert, nur das Unwahrscheinlichste ist tatsächlich passiert. Was lustig anmutet, hat einen ernsten Hintergrund und was zornig scheint, ist Satire.

"Hallo. Mein Name ist Hank Zerbolesch. Und ich bin Protestpisser." Ein Leben im Rausch. Bewaffnet mit Sonnenbrille und vielen bunten Pillen zieht ein Mensch von der Party zur Afterhour. Immer auf der Suche nach mehr Freiheit, mehr Gefühl, mehr Leben. Doch so ein Dasein auf einem Dauertrip ist nicht ungefährlich. Da wird eine Banane schnell zur Waffe, man wacht als lebendes Mosaik auf, verwechselt Tütchen mit weitreichenden Folgen oder verführt Kühe zum Koksen.

Die Texte des ehemaligen Deutschlehrers und heutigen Slampoeten und Humoristen Nektarios Vlachopoulos zeichnen sich durch Geschwindigkeit, Präzision und absurden Humor aus. In seinem ersten Soloprogramm mischt er das Beste aus acht Jahren Bühnenerfahrung mit vergnüglichen Alltagsgeschichten und peinlichen Improvisationen. Ein Live-Mitschnitt, der thematisch vom Lehrerberuf über die Liebe bis hin zu Integration eine spannende Themenvielfalt bietet. Nektarios Vlachopoulos tritt seit März 2008 auf Literaturveranstaltungen zwischen Flensburg und Zürich auf.

Clint Lukas' kompromissloser Held geht malochen, obwohl er Arbeit scheiße findet, macht Filme, obwohl er Filmleute nicht ertragen kann, hält sich für einen Frauenversteher und hat trotzdem immer Streit mit ihnen. Woran das liegt, dass immer alles so kompliziert sein muss? An ihm wohl kaum. Findet er jedenfalls. Clint Lukas lebt seit seinem zwanzigsten Lebensjahr in Berlin. Er hat nichts studiert und keinen Beruf gelernt.
