Weekly, the Post-Workout Podcast is hosted by Rev. Mitchell G. Thompson, a professional Health and Wellness Coach who is certified in personal training, an Ordained Minister, and a private practicing Health Consultant. The Post-Workout Podcast started out as a podcast where Mitchell interviewed his clients after their workout (hence post-workout) to pick their brain and engage in intensive dialogue.
