This podcast will be triggering, to everyone who reads it.  Warning - this contains a true account of incest.  "Incest is best, put your sister to the test."  This is a true account of an incest survivor who transitions into different alters, some of those alters lasting longer than others.  The main alter is the one who records the accounts, what they can remember, of what the alters have done once they take over.  True life accounts, and detailed flashbacks of the life of an incest survivor with PTSD/multiple personality disorder.
