I used to think my life would be common, boring even. My online guildies and my friends sure thought so. Yet everything I knew to be true in this world all changed drastically one fateful night... or should I say, it shifted. As it turns out, my father passed on more than his name to me. Something feral and mighty awoke within me, and I knew at once, I would never be the same again. Shortly after, I received an invitation that I didn't expect, a call to attend the mysterious Apex Academy. A world of shifters, human animal hybrids, suddenly opened up before me.

I'm Thane Stone, a simple man that wants nothing more than to put down a few crops in the plot of land I purchased at the edge of town. My dream might very well have come true were it not for what I found in the forest. It called to me, woke something buried deep within, a bloodline that raises far more questions than it answers. So, I suppose I'm a bastard with royal blood? To be frank, I'm not sure I give a damn. For now, I'd settle for being left alone with my dog, and maybe save some space for a wife one day. My bloodline's powers are a nice touch though.

Lulled by the conclusion of the Primal Games, a few of the Prime leaders have taken to luxury or complacency. Others, however, have sharpened their claws and garnered strength. An attack will come from the shadows, one few expect, and in the aftermath, true chaos will unfold. Victor and his girls deepen ties with House Ghadeer, aiding it as a new Prime rises to lead them. Such a task might not prove difficult if it weren't for the enemy hidden in the grass.

Life is primal and filled with deadly games. To survive, one might say, is to live and breath this conspiracy. Wildest thing is that I've been thriving lately. Rising to the position of Alpha Prime, conquering those that got in the way or didn't want a new force in their own lives, seeking instead to snuff out my flames before I learned to use my power. Before I insisted on claiming its entirety. Unfortunately for them, I wasn't easy to kill.
