A six-episode podcast series exploring mental health, safety, and systemic challenges in the music industry, with particular focus on supporting young people entering the industry. In recent years, narratives about the music industry tend to hew to a common theme: it was humming along for decades until the Internet and Napster came along and disrupted it. Key Changes shows that this view is incorrect: the industry was actually shaken up not once in the 1990s, but ten times over more than 100 years.

The beginning and the forward step to an unendless wealthy life

The Game Don't Change opens with DeMarco Jones' escape from a juvenile detention facility. Successfully evading the law, DeMarco builds his reputation on the streets of Queens as a fearless and charismatic drug hustler. Though he is only 16, women of all ages can't get enough of him. But DeMarco soon finds that he must battle ferociously to maintain his new kingpin status.

This lesson is based on the One More Car, One More Rider acoustic version by Eric Clapton. This is a level two and contains a lesson on the long improv section at the beginning of the song as well as the rest of the arrangement. There is a demonstration recording and a backing track included.

In this methodical and fun lesson, the student learns the most common rhythm patterns for the banjo and the tonal chords for the keys of C, G, D, A, E, and F. The student moves through several demonstration chord progressions adding to their knowledge and skill level as they progress. The course teaches, among other things, the one, four, and five chord; the six minor chord, the two chord, circle progressions, and the flattened seventh chord. A basic understanding of the banjo is recommended before attempting this lesson.
