Among the cities within the kingdom of Taldrisa, it was every 16-year-old's dream to wake up and see a notification that they had received a link to the System. Such a thing granted access to a Calling that would allow them to utilize the Mana in the world and create magic, forever changing their lives for the better. In a world that consists of five different races, as a human, Ashryn Tolman was one such young man. Unfortunately, the path laid out before him is anything but simple.

Leaving behind his old life in Taldrisa, Ashryn was somewhat apprehensive about the task he'd agreed to undertake. Building on a plot of land set aside for just this purpose by the Creators during the creation of the kingdoms, Ashryn and his friends make several very surprising discoveries.

Although Ashryn is busy overseeing the building of the new settlement at Ilimel, it's not long before he gets called away once more. Can Ashryn and his friends help those at Sanctuary deal with the Keroo? With unrest growing in Taldrisa, he is soon needed again to help alleviate the problem there, although he gets an unexpected visitor when he does.
