On this podcast we will be interviewing currently and formally incarcerated individuals.We will discuss topics related to the criminal justice system in TN, treatment of inmates during incarceration, the ability to make bond and sentencing guidelines. We will also get inside information on jail conditions, and the treatment of inmates by staff, plus a lot more.

Después de algunos años sin grabar, de vivir diversas experiencias, excéntricas, difíciles, aleccionadoras, vuelvo para compartirles todos los aprendizajes que me ha dejado esta temporada. Aunque no pretendo reemplazar a un psicólogo, espero que compartiendo mis anécdotas, mi camino a la superación personal, mi oscuro paso por la depresión, cómo salí de allí, mis batallas contra la ansiedad y el pánico, mi estadía en rehab, pueda ayudarlos a avanzar en sus caminos, o al menos, ofrecerles algunas herramientas para que puedan ayudar a otros que lo necesiten.
