Paul Temple swings into the '60s with five complete radio dramas featuring the writer-cum-amateur detective and his wife, Steve, plus bonus archive material. Between 1938 and 1968, Paul and Steve's exploits enthralled generations of radio listeners around the world. Here, presented in chronological order, are 'The Gilbert Case' (1960 remake), 'The Margo Mystery' (1961), 'The Jonathan Mystery' (1963 remake), 'The Geneva Mystery' (1965) and 'The Alex Affair' (1968). This set also includes the bonus radio feature 'Peter Coke and the Paul Temple Affair'.

Paul Temple lives again in these five complete radio dramas starring Crawford Logan as Paul and Gerda Stephenson as his redoubtable wife, Steve. Each of these productions was made for BBC Radio 4 in an authentic 1950s-style studio conditions and based on the scripts of the original radio serials.

Paul Temple will gerade nach Paris reisen, als er von Sir Graham darum gebeten wird, bei einem aktuellen Mordfall mitzuarbeiten. Die vierundzwanzigjährige Betty Tyler, die in Oxford bei einem Modefriseur namens Mariano gearbeitet hatte, ist in ihrem Wagen ermordet worden. Als ein mysteriöser Anruf die Temples in ein Cottage lockt, das Bettys Vater, einem berühmten Londoner Neurologen und Psychiater, gehört, finden sie dort nur die Leiche eines unbekannten Mannes.

Paul Temple erhält Besuch von einer gewissen Miss Hardwick.
