This audio contains two different 35-minute meditation sessions to help you learn the valuable meditation technique of the mindfulness of breathing. Both of the sessions begin with a body awareness section which works to focus your mind onto your body and your breath. In the first session you will learn how to observe and become completely aware of the flow of your breath using your fingers to mark each breath. The second session naturally progresses the technique. At the end of each session you are encouraged to sit quietly for a few minutes to absorb the techniques.

Meditations for Sleep contains two different 30-minute guided meditation sessions created to help relax and clear the mind so that it's possible to effortlessly fall asleep night after night. Each session has been created to calm the inner chatter of the mind whilst promoting the production of sleep hormones to make falling asleep much easier. Each session is to be followed whilst sitting on and then lying on your bed. This makes it easier to move into a state of deep relaxation from which the natural transition to sleep can occur.
