Après un mois particulièrement mouvementé à apprendre le patinage artistique, voilà que Billie s'apprête à découvrir un nouveau sport: la natation artistique! Billie ne connaît pratiquement rien à cette discipline, mais elle a déjà hâte de monter une routine avec ses camarades. Pour y arriver, elle devra travailler sa force, son endurance et sa souplesse.
