Ce recueil a été créé en résidence artistique à Dar Ben Jelloun, Tétouan, en mai 2018. Par hasard, Ramona Bădescu et Benoît Guillaume ont choisi des lieux et des moments où ils se sont arrêtés ensemble, l'une écrivant, l'autre dessinant ce qui se déroulait devant eux. Un concert de musique où chante Oum Kalsoum pa dim da da da daaaa, un cortège funéraire passe devant la terrasse du café Touristes, l'orage menace, un chat dort près du four à pain… Les poèmes répondent aux dessins qui parlent aux poèmes, par hasard.

L'imagier des Planètes est dédié à des paysages végétaux et minéraux qui ressemblent à des planètes. Vous connaissez la planète lune, mais avez-vous déjà vu la planète mousse ? la planète miel ? la planète cendre, sang ou écume ? Cet imagier permet d'apprendre des noms liés à la nature en français et arabe, et leur prononciation tout en s'amusant à deviner les planètes dans les dessins !

Dès la première lecture, ce poème nous a rappelé le thème de la course à cheval dans la Mu'allaqa, la poésie du désert préislamique : la grande course folle, la chevauchée épique, la vie qui défile au fil du pas de l'animal… Un pas encore et l'enfant grandit, rempli des souvenirs de ces courses sauvages. La course à cheval convoque le souvenir du jeu, quand on était petit.es.
