One hundred years after WWIII, what was left of America was swarming with mutants, killers, and savages bent on plunging the world into eternal darkness. Isolated survivors of the holocaust, the Family was the last, best hope for the future of mankind. Blade, Hickock, and Geronimo were the fighting arm of the Family - hard men, skilled in staying alive, no matter what the cost. Now called Androxia, the city of Houston had been taken over by the Superiors, a race of androids developed by NASA before the war. Masterpieces of perfect evil, they planned to take over the world.

All Alpine's marshal, Boyd Cooper, wants is a nice retirement, not to get a posse together to track outlaws. However, when an altercation leads to the exchange of gunfire and the spilling of outlaw blood, he doesn't have much of a choice. The outlaws fear their reputation might be at stake, so they declare revenge on the tin stars of Alpine. They're mad enough to break their own no-kill rule, and Boyd Cooper knows things could end as bloody as they started.

The life of a cowboy suits Thalis Christie just fine. A puncher for the Crescent H in Texas, he loves what he does and is damn good at it too. He doesn't even mind being away from his family - he's got good friends to keep him from getting too homesick. That is, until his folks write, imploring him to hunt down his brother, Myles, who's been shot while prospecting in the Black Hills. Thalis sets out to do his family duty and find his little brother - still alive, he hopes.

The Earth is devastated, left a desolate wasteland of mutant beings and desperate renegades by the final holocaust of World War III. Out of the ashes rose Blade, leader of the brutal fighting force known as the Alpha Triad. Together the Triad must risk sudden death to retrieve the vital serum that would save a handful of survivors from a lethal disease. But first the Triad must fend off hordes of deranged humanoids, a hideously deformed creature that hungered for human flesh, and make their way through a long-dead city ruled by warring factions that let no one survive!

In what was once America’s heartland dwell the survivors of the nuclear holocaust that annihilated most of civilization, leaving a scorched land filled with roving bands of vicious outlaws and savage new breeds of deadly creatures. If things are quiet in the little town of Sweetwater, Marshal Fred Hitch sees no reason to make waves. But when Tyree Johnson shows up, Fred's relaxed nature is put to the test. At a remote site in Minnesota, filmmaker Kurt Carpenter has built a secure compound and invited a select group of people to bunker down until the worst is over. In the wasteland of what used to be America, their battle to survive is only just beginning.

The Time: 100 years after the nuclear holocaust. The Place: What's left of America. The Family: Isolated survivors of World War III, they huddled together for safety, surrounded by savage barbarians and bizarre, deadly mutants. The Alpha Triad: Blade, Hickock and Geronimo were the fighting arm of The Family – hard men, skilled in staying alive, no matter what the cost.

It was a mission of mercy that turned into a run with death as Blade and the Alpha Triad tried to rescue the pathetic remnants of humanity from the festering stinkhole that had once been the Twin Cities. Captured, tortured, and marked for "Reabsorption," the Triad had about as much chance to survive as a snowflake in a thermonuclear blast....

David L. Robbins, author of the war classic War of the Rats, delivers another heart-stopping, deeply researched military adventure, this time right off today’s front pages. The US military’s most highly trained and elite unit is the US Air Force pararescuers, known as PJs. All battle-hardened vets, their motto is "That Others May Live". Their singular mission is CSAR: Combat Search and Rescue. But, off the Horn of Africa, one PJ unit is tasked with a desperate assignment that goes against its oath: Take down a cargo ship full of secrets that’s been captured by Somali pirates.

Accompanied by members of the Freedom Federation, Blade and his deadly team rolled into a small Wyoming town hoping to slaughter the Doktor in a final ambush. But the predators quickly became the prey when they were cut off and surrounded by a savage hoard of blood-thirsty half-humans. They were seven against an army and their epic battle would live on throughout the ages - if any of them survived to tell the tale.

Postnuclear America was a slagheap littered with the charred debris of the holocaust. Only a few survivors remained - some dedicated to rebuilding civilization, most determined to drive humanity deeper into the abyss. Blade, an Alpha Triad Warrior, was a knife fighter with a razor-sharp temper. He had sworn to protect The Home from all invaders - but this time he had to slaughter the innocent to save the guilty.

For 100 years after a nuclear holocaust annihilated civilization, the Family has eked out a meager existence in the wilds of what used to be Minnesota. But something is going wrong in the Home. People aren't living as long as they used to. Mutations are becoming more common. To ensure their survival, there's only one thing the Family can do: venture outside the compound walls for help. Three of their best warriors are chosen for the task – Blade, Hickok and Geronimo.

Washington, DC was in the tight grip of the Russians. They planned to use their base on the Potomac to launch an all-out attack on the warring states of America. But the Red Menace made one mistake - they thought Blade and the Warriors would go like lambs to the slaughter. Instead, they fought with a savagery that would drive the invaders back to the land of perpetual nuclear winter.

Every member of the Special Ops US Air Force pararescue jumpers, the PJs, swears by the motto "That Others May Live." With a force of armed men, a former mujahideen chases across the desert of Yemen to recover his Saudi wife, kidnapped by her powerful father, a prince of the Kingdom. The kidnapping turns violent, she is badly wounded, and the PJs are dropped into the vast sere badlands to rescue the princess and a young American diplomat....

Inside South Africa's Kruger National Park, ranger Promise discovers the remains of a crashed military drone - and a live missile. But Juma gets there first and takes the unexploded missile.
