– Heinrich Heine.

Heinrich Heine, 1797 in Düsseldorf geboren, gest.

When robots are used to replace love all over the world, the very foundation of it is rocked. Can a machine be an adequate companion? Loneliness seems to be going away . . . But so is humanity. Paris Beaufont and her friends know they must fight for real love. To fix this problem, they are going to need magitech. And a detective. Oh, a bit of muscle and courage. Good thing that none of those are in short supply if you know the right people.

When a strange technology, targeted at lovers, forces them into nightmare-filled sleep, love plummets all over the country. Sleeping people definitely can't fall in love. Or do just about anything . . . They definitely can't get married. And when the reality starts making any waking moment worse, Paris Beaufont knows she has to spring into action. To fix this problem, they are going to need magitech. And a detective. Oh, a bit of muscle and courage. Good thing that none of those are in short supply if you know the right people.

Love is a mystery . . . But if Agent Paris Beaufont doesn't solve it, then it could perish worldwide. Promoted to the Director of Advanced Love, Paris finds more responsibility on her shoulders than ever before. She must be careful, though, because now her decisions can lead to big changes—good and bad for love. When all the residents of a small town come down with a nihilistic disorder, Paris knows she must act fast. It turns out there's something in the water. And the food . . .

Most don't know that love was built on a foundation of stories . . . but what would happen if those stories were erased? When a demon, bent on destroying love, travels into the past, his goal is to erase history. And with it, the most passionate love stories of all time. The result isn't hate. It's indifference. That's love's greatest enemy. Indifference. Can Paris Beaufont recreate the stories that built love's very foundation? Can she make them even better? Or will lovers forget the tales that inspired undying love?

Love knows no distance . . . Unless all transportation is magically gone. When lovers and families are separated due to an evil curse, Paris must spring into action. The cause of this global tragedy is unbelievable. It sounds more like a tale from the Wizard of Oz than something real. Ironically, the person to blame is a wicked witch. The wicked witch. However, Paris doesn't want to stop her. She wants to help the Wicked Witch of the West to find romance. Can Paris Beaufont save a scorned woman before she destroys love? Or will heartbreak be the end of the planet for good?

Love was once ruled by several demigods . . . They were meant to protect it. But something went very wrong. Competing desires and loss turned the gods into monsters. Scorned by their own hearts, the gods went mad. They were banished from this world—in order to protect it. But someone has brought them back. And they aren't fighting for love anymore. They want to destroy it.

When Julia Snowden spots police cars in front of Lupine Design, she races over. Her sister Livvie works there as a potter. Livvie is unharmed but surrounded by smashed up pottery. The police find the owner Zoey Butterfield digging clay by a nearby bay, but she has no idea who would target her store. Zoey is a vocal advocate for turning four blocks of Main Street into a pedestrian mall on summer weekends. Other shop owners, including her next-door neighbor, are vehemently opposed. Could a small-town fight provoke such destruction?

Love is actually on the rise. So what's the problem? It's that everyone is falling in love with the wrong people...fictional ones. Is it wrong to love someone if they aren't real? It is, if real spouses and partners are being ignored. Agent Beaufont is on the case though and she won't stop until she figures out who is behind this conspiracy related to love.

It’s hard to overstate how much we put pressure on early sexual encounters—and how little real advice is out there. How do I deal when I keep running into my one-night stand? How can I tell if I’m too drunk to have sex? How do I say stop when I’m not really into it? Why do I keep getting all these UTIs? And most of all: Why is so much of sex ed focused on what could go wrong instead of what actually feels good? In this unflinchingly honest guide to hookups and relationships in the twenty-first century, Ali Drucker answers these questions and more.

Love is a currency and its value is diminishing. One agent for Fairy Godmother Agency won't accept that. Paris Beaufont may not know much about banking, but she's about to learn whatever she needs to save the value of love. Ironically, that just so happens to involve taking a class on finance. And figuring out how to make some money, too. A new threat to love has surfaced and behind it is a powerful company with a lot of resources. Can Agent Beaufont overcome the odds, defeat the villains who care more about money than love, and also turn a profit? The fate of love depends on it.
