I've been captured. Eryx and I have been separated, and our mating bond has been broken. I thought I could remain strong, but the longer I'm held captive, the more inside of me that seems to break. I'm afraid that when he finds me, he won't see me as the girl I once was, because I'm not. My heart is harder, and the need in me for justice has created a craving for bloodshed I never thought possible.
