Unser Nachbar ist nämlich ein sehr attraktiver Mann und ich nutze jede Chance, die ich bekommen kann, um mit ihm zu flirten. Allerdings kann ich ihn nirgendwo finden und stehe stattdessen einem 2,40 Meter großen Cyborg gegenüber, der einige Fragen bezüglich unseres Nachbarn hat, die ich beim besten Willen nicht beantworten kann. Das Problem ist nur, dass Mr. Cyborg mir nicht ein Wort glaubt.

Im Nachhinein war es nicht die beste Idee, als Konkubine verkleidet von dem Raumschiff zu flüchten, auf dem ich als Geisel gehalten wurde - doch zu meiner Verteidigung: ich dachte wirklich, dass es dabei helfen würde, in der Menge von fragwürdigen Gestalten auf der Outlaw-Station Leto 5 zu verschwinden. Ich lag falsch. Extrem falsch. Magst du deine Aliens besitzergreifend, wortkarg und wenn sie nicht allzu viele Fragen stellen, bevor sie die Protagonistin für sich beanspruchen? Dann bist du hier genau richtig. Dunkle und schmutzige Dark-Sci-Fi-Novelle mit unbändig übertriebener Handlung und Happy End.
