Hi and welcome to Bent, Not Broken A mental health, commentary podcast hosted by me, Felicia! I’m very excited to create my own little space to talk about my mental health journey as well as those of my guest. Trauma Bonding at its best! This will a very raw and transparent podcast as we will be sharing sensitive stories that may be triggering to some. Please listen with caution.
