The Bipolar Black Girl Podcast is my effort to help stop the stigma against persons with mental illness. Episode after episode, I will carry you along on my mental health journey sharing first-hand insight on what it is like to live with mental illness, particularly Bipolar Disorder. I won't be doing this alone as I will be bringing guests to share their insights too.
