My original music. Chemical Nightmare is me by myself, munch was my last band before chemical Nightmare. Munch was Paul longo vocals (R.I.P.) Tom payette guitars (R.I.P.) Chris fogleman guitars Chris babin bass Charlie Tatum drums(R.I.P.)

These are songs I wrote the model on the cover is Heidi Blair. She’s also a partner when I write songs she’s an incredible lyricist. The one song we have is called shadows or working on more.

I wrote and recorded enough songs for 3 albums on the boss br-1180 and boss br-1600. It all happened in about 6 months. I was broken, the singer in my band called munch died at 30. So the dream was gone. I became a hermit and wrote and recorded until I couldn’t write and record anymore. Thanks for listening. I hope you like all my love Fogleman.
