Hosted by Lisa Cosham, this is for the overthinkers, the ones who've "done the work" and somehow ended up with more work to do. No experts, no life hacks, no pretending we've figured it out. Just honest, sometimes uncomfortable conversations about growth, identity, and why being self-aware is genuinely exhausting. Thinking out loud. Doing our best. Still very much in it.
