Total Polished Chaos is the perfect description of my life and I completely embrace it. I am admittedly a total hot mess express; however, I have a huge passion for always growing into my next best self and in my service to others. I am a firm believer that we don’t just go through life, we grow through it and in doing so, gain immeasurable value we can bring to others lives by choosing to live our lives loudly and unmuted. This podcast is the vehicle for me to do just that and we will be diving into parenting, relationships, overcoming anxiety, mindset, business and so much more.
