Thank you for listening first of all. You won’t be disappointed. My very first podcast, so exciting 🤗. This one is me introducing myself, what these podcasts are all about and what inspired me to start them. Let me say, I’m no life coach guru or no expert on mental health or motivational speaking. You will find mine are light hearted, funny and full of my own takes on the quotes I give and the meaning behind them.
