Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation done lying down. It is deeply relaxing. It features a body scan and guided visualization. Yoga Nidra means "Yogic Sleep", it is where the physical body is deeply resting (as if asleep) but the mind is still aware. It can be helpful if you are experiencing stress, insomnia, depression, anxiety, reduced inflammation in the body.
