Over the last few years since being diagnosed with Graves’ Disease we have fought to gain our lives back and are both living medication free. We are not medical experts, however, through our experience of dealing with this disease we have learned so much and want to share our journey of healing and self-discovery. We have come to realise that trusting our instincts and intuition has helped us lead healthier lives and our goal with these podcasts is to empower and inspire you to tap into your secret power and take your health and well-being in your hands and begin your journey
