This podcast Formerly known as RayeTheQuirkyHSP Podcast) is ALL about self-realization, serious and silly conversations in a non judgmental space. I share my own journey of understanding myself as the Empath and Highly Sensitive Person that I've always been (but did not know I was) and how these personality traits counteract with my current career. I welcome Mental Health professionals to join me as well as my fellow quirky and special friends and guests who wish to share their own stories to also help educate the public about just how awesome we really are!
