This season of my podcast I will be talking about depression . I will be dissecting the topic depression into different series since it comes in different forms . I will also do interviews in between episodes where people are going to talk about real life experiences when it comes to depression. I just want to let you know who ever is listening that you are not alone and I hope that when you are done listening you will know that it's ok to not be ok and it's also ok to let it out , shake it off or cry it out. I want to be the voice of the voiceless . I want to create a safe space for everyone
