I recommend listening with earphones/headphones as this is 3D. To repeat a single "podcast" on Spotify. Create a new playlist and add the "podcast" you want to listen to to said playlist. Then add "3 Seconds of Silence (Reflexion)" from Spotify to the playlist. Play "3 Seconds of Silence (Reflexion)" on repeat (Green Loop WITHOUT the "1"). When the "podcast" finishes, 3 seconds of silence will play which will reset your playlist aka repeat the "podcast".
