Two mates that are on the empathic side of life both having come from a hectic past filled with trauma and challenge. The podcast is in it’s early days but will likely centre around wellbeing, discipline, finding balance within oneself and healing...plus some insights from overcoming substance abuse etc. The intention being that the insights shared will create a ripple effect to benefit others.
