Dragons of Camelot

A middle-grade faith-building fantasy adventure in the beloved Dragons in Our Midst story world.

In the shadowed realm of King Arthur’s Camelot, dragons have been declared enemies of the realm. When an ancient evil awakens with a plan to erase them from existence across both worlds, two unlikely heroes must rise.

Hawk is a quick-witted apprentice scraping by in the service of a cunning merchant who trades in forbidden dragon bargains. When his master is hired to swindle a legendary dragon out of a priceless gem, Hawk’s growing faith in God compels him to risk everything to set things right.

Sabina has lived wild and free under the protection of the mighty dragon Legossi ever since her village was destroyed. But when Legossi sends her to Camelot for a chance at a normal life, she steps straight into a deadly trap. Lady Morgan’s grand estate hides a sinister plot that threatens every dragon—past, present, and future.

Thrust together by destiny, Hawk and Sabina must navigate treacherous alliances, outrun deadly pursuers, and unravel ancient riddles left by Merlin himself. With the power of prayer as their strongest weapon and the sacred scales of the First Dragon as their greatest hope, they race to warn the dragons before an unstoppable darkness consumes both realms.

Packed with heart-pounding chases, portal-crossing mysteries, loyal friendships, and fierce courage, The Sacred Scales delivers a thrilling new chapter in Bryan Davis’s epic saga—perfect for readers who love dragons, daring adventures, and stories that shine with faith.
