Blades & Shadows

She thought she was bidding on a shy IT geek … she never expected the deadly ninja who came with him.

When Charlotte Barnes raised her paddle at a charity auction, she didn’t expect to win a man who looked like sin and carried secrets sharp enough to cut glass. Diego Morales, known to most as mild-mannered tech consultant Kiro Yoshida, wasn’t supposed to get noticed. His job: infiltrate, copy a company's software source code, and vanish. No witnesses. No attachments.

Until Charlotte.

Her curiosity makes her dangerous. Her warmth makes her unforgettable. And now, she's been marked by the same rival clans hunting him for the data he carries.

Caught between duty and desire, Kiro must choose. Either obey his clan’s directive or protect the woman who makes him feel human again. But in his world of shadows and deception, love isn’t a weakness; it’s the thing that can become leverage.

When attacks on them both emerge out of dark corners, Kiro realizes he’s no longer on assignment. He’s in a war for his heart.

Steamy. Lethal. Addictive.

Bidding on the Geek blends suspense, romance, espionage, and the deadly discipline of the ninja underworld. Perfect for fans of romantic thrillers, secret identity stories, and the kind of love that refuses to die quietly in the world of organized crime.
