Everyone saw Sven Carlsen kissing Mrs. Claus underneath the mistletoe last night!

Occupational therapist Christy Rime (43) left her hometown twenty-five years ago, but now she’s back for the holidays to cut the final ties. Selling her late father’s house and wrapping up a few loose ends will keep her too busy to focus on regrets—until a new acquaintance begs a favor. Then a chance meeting with her first love sparks doubts about her reasons for staying away.

Single dad Sven Carlsen (43) has plenty of experience going up on the housetop as a roofer, so playing Santa at the local fundraiser to benefit his daughter and other disabled adults in the community is a no-brainer. When his high school sweetheart unexpectedly shows up as a last-minute Mrs. Claus replacement, old feelings and attraction flare to life again.

Will a steamy right-time, right-place kiss under the mistletoe and a nudge from his matchmaking daughter help Sven and Christy finally find their happily-ever-after?
