San Amaro Investigations

When the Summer Queen summons Parker to her court, the private investigator knows there’s trouble brewing. Trapped into compliance by his past debt, he’s tasked with locating a missing girl in San Amaro. Now he has to find the girl or give up his life. Things only get more complicated when a very familiar cop asks Parker for his help on a case involving murdered magic users. With the victims completely drained of their magic, the San Amaro Police Department needs Parker’s special skill set to track down a killer.

Parker Ferro needs a vacation. His boyfriend is MIA on a high profile murder investigation, the fae courts have him on call at all hours, and he’s still cleaning up the mess from his last big case. Of course, that’s nothing compared to the demands of the debt he owes the spirit of San Amaro. As his life continues to spiral out of control, Parker has to juggle what’s most important to him: his relationship, his need for revenge, or his life.

After saving San Amaro from destruction for the second time and reconciling with his boyfriend, his current plans are to relax on his couch until his ears stop ringing. Unfortunately, the thousand realms he just saved have a way of yanking him back into service, and the dead have come back to haunt him. When he’s called in by the SAPD to consult on the murder of an anti-paranormal protestor killed with fae magic, Parker is caught up in an intricate political web that was spun long before he was ever born.

Then the local werewolf alpha calls in a favor when he's turned on by his own pack, and the last thing Parker wants to do is get mired in the city's pack politics. Throw in the recent murder of a local cult leader with connections to the hidden fae in San Amaro, a long lost relative showing up to reconnect, and a group of brownies taking up residence in his car, and Parker cannot catch a break.

When the man responsible for the death of Parker’s mother breaks out of prison, Parker finds himself in the crosshairs of the Bureau of Paranormal Threats when he tracks the criminal down. With succubae going missing, an old god on the loose, and his boyfriend’s mother in town, the last thing Parker has time for is human politics. But with a marriage proposal that he can’t quite figure out and mysteries that keep landing him in hot water with the feds, Parker must keep one step ahead or end up in handcuffs himself.

When Parker goes looking for the wayward feline, he finds himself facing witches’ familiars, dead bodies, and shadows that move. The further into San Amaro’s underbelly Parker goes looking, the more he realizes that he is heading somewhere completely new. When his mysterious cat is linked to Nick’s dead bodies, Parker is faced with some of his darkest decisions yet.

In the heart-pounding conclusion to the San Amaro Investigations series, Parker faces down enemies on all sides, including one within his own family. With his city under lockdown, Parker is fighting for everyone and everything that he cares about.
