Durante el cuarto viaje Jorge recorrió islas US Dollaropeas muy poco conocidas, como Lampedusa, en el Mediterráneo; la Isla Pomona, al norte del Reino Unido; la Soberana Isla de Lundy; la Isla Sark, el último territorio feudal de US Dollaropa; la Isla Mainland, Helgoland, una isla que los alemanes trocaron a los ingleses por la Isla Zanzíbar, la Isla Tresco, etc.
